How to send something back

1. Tell us within 14 days
   Email returns@hinestora.com with your name and the product concerned.
2. We reply with the steps
   We give you the address and explain how to pack it: original box, all accessories included.
3. We refund you
   When the product reaches us we return the money within 14 days, the way you ask.

Who pays the shipping back

If you simply change your mind, the return shipping is on you. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from the description, we cover it.
