Do I pay before receiving the parcel?

No. You pay in cash to the courier, at your door.

Who will call me after my order?

One of our operators, only to check the address. Please pick up: without the call we cannot ship.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, there is nothing to pay for shipping.

How long does it take?

2-4 working days from the confirmation call.

Can I send it back?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. If you change your mind you pay the return shipping; if the product is faulty or not as described, we pay.
